Managers must know what to say and say what they mean.
Whilst individual members of your staff may not be natural or skilled practitioners in some specific situations, the use of our especially designed practice sessions allow them to become more accomplished to achieve what they need to when faced with difficult challenges.
STILLHR management training workshops give participants the opportunity to practice conducting effective meetings on such issues as sickness, attendance, bullying, grievance, poor performance, misconduct, or selection interviews. To remove the embarrassment of participants being asked to role play, we work with a small group of role playing actors who fulfil the role of the employee.
After consultation and preparation with the client, scenarios are created which then allow managers the chance for ‘real life’ application of the policy and practise through one-to-one meetings.
