Mentoring
Mentoring provides individuals the rare opportunity to have time dedicated to them!
As mentors, we share our knowledge and experience, giving guidance and motivational development.

Our approach to mentoring
STILLHR considers mentoring as a partnership between two people built upon trust.
We promise to:
- Listen to you
- Maintain confidentiality
- Encourage you
- Motivate you
- Challenge you
- Respect you
- Use our experience and knowledge to help you
The mentoring process
The specific needs of any individual depend totally on their unique situation and the challenges they are facing. Consequently, to start the mentoring process we will create a bespoke programme in close consultation. Mentoring is very much a partnership process.
Benefits of mentoring
Effective mentoring benefits both the staff member and the organisation. It can be used tactically to address specific needs of an individual employee, or it can help a staff member to develop their management and interpersonal skills more rapidly and effectively.
Thus, mentoring can be problem solving or offering enhanced development.
