Robert Still

Founding Director

Robert founded STILLHR in January 2007 following on from a successful HR career in the charity sector. Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Fellow of the Institute of Consultants, he co-ordinates STILLHR’s services enabling clients to create happier workplaces. Robert leads on projects involving respect, diversity and inclusion, enabling organisational change and individual transformation. He is a qualified workplace mediator and one of only a few Accredited Team Mediators. Robert also works on a voluntary basis with an organisation called TalkingWorks, a charity dedicated to training sixth-form students in mediation skills.
