STILLHR provides an ongoing, contract based HR Advice and Support Service to smaller organisations.
This high quality, confidential and on-tap service provides expert guidance on operational HR matters for those smaller organisations which are often without any internal HR specialist.
We take time to become familiar with the organisation: its purpose, structure, ethos, policies etc. and usually liaising directly with the Chief Executive, or designated senior manager, to become your outsourced HR function.
The extent of the services are clearly defined and agreed upon with the organisation, then provided on an annually renewable contractual basis.
Our service includes:
- advising on relevant strategic issues
- providing advice on a wide range of HR issues including recruitment and selection
- employment law
- updating contracts of employment
- absence management
- capability and grievance issues and
- other employment policies and procedures
The service is provided through telephone, email and personal visits to the client where necessary, for example to deal with complex grievance or disciplinary matters.
