STILLHR works in a flexible way in terms of our fee structures, so that they are commensurate with clients’ needs and budgets.

At all stages, we are transparent on charges and ensure these are clearly set out and understood. We also ensure that any subsequent variations are also pro-actively discussed and agreed so there are no nasty surprises.

We also understand that different organisations have different budget parameters and aim to work within these as far as we are able. To this end, we offer a unique ‘flexi-fees’. This is a system that allows work to be a balance between what you need to achieve and the budget available that takes into account the commercial realities and constraints you are facing.
